How many times?

How many times have I told myself to stick with my diet?
How many times have I told myself to follow a workout routine?
How many times have I told myself that this is really it is?
How many times have I told myself that I'll be successful this time?

Super ashamed of my failure.

MUST. START. HEALTHY. LIVING. NOW!

Why can't I be a fitness freak?? Why? :(( It's definitely one of my frustrations in life. I just can't find the time to start working out as a routine because I'm just so tired ALL the time and if I ever have free time, I just find time to catch up on sleep or do something relaxing like get a massage or blog and I'm not just making excuses, or am I?

One day I'll make time for you so better wait for me. We'll work out sometime. Just not this time yet.

  1. I know EXACTLY where you are coming from!!! So many diets I tried and failed...and the ones that did work, i just ended up gaining back the weight >.< aishhhh, so frustrating!

    I have finally started losing weight while not dieting though...20 lbs in the last couple of months! I am using this site called http://loseit.com (& it's free!). If you put in your info it will tell you how many calories you should be eating a day. It also has a place for you to enter your food daily and it will keep track of your calories and exercise for the day :) It's been a total blessing! I even lost weight while I was unable to work out after my surgery just by watching my calories!

    Sorry, I sounded like an ad just then, HAHA! I just know how hard it is and so wanted to share what's finally helping me :D Hang in there girl!

    1. Haha!! You are so cute when you said you sounded like an ad! It's super hard to have a routine and actually follow it. My only savior would be watching what I eat since I'm always so stressed out to work out. :s

      I'll try to watch my food intake now so I'll be aware of how much food I stuff myself with! :s
